OUR APPROACH
Our approach is personal to every house, and definitely no ‘one size fits all’ around here. We consider all the things - What is the style of the house? How does the house flow? How will it photograph in the best possible way? Who are the buyers? We plan how to showcase your property best, and get your buyers to emotionally invest.
THE PROCESS IS RELATIVELY SIMPLE:
1.WE TALK
Contact us via phone, email or the enquiry form here where we can discuss your property, ideal timeline and staging needs. If you have a floor plan for your property or any existing photos, these are handy now too.
2.SITE VISIT
We will meet onsite to take photos, measurements and inspect the property. We ask our questions, and answer any questions you may have.
3.QUOTE
We will put together a no-obligation proposal for you outlining the staging needs for your property. Once we get the go-ahead, you will receive an invoice for a deposit to secure your booking.
4.PLANNING
Now that you are all booked in we will get to work, plan the design and choose the furniture and styling that is going to work best for your property and marketing needs.
5.INSTALL
Our team of movers and stylists will work together here to transform your property and get it ready for marketing. We will install over a 1-2 day period, usually at least 1 day before photographers.
6. COLLECTION
Towards the end of your campaign we will contact you to arrange removal or discuss whether an extension is required for your staging campaign. This will be at a set weekly rate and subject to availability.
