FAQ’S

  • The price is dependent on many factors including the size and number of rooms in the property, furniture and styling requirements, plus access and location of the property. For a full property stage, prices begin from $2500.

  • We plan a cohesive design that will work with the style of the house and appeal to the target market and potential buyers. Furniture availability can sometimes dictate what we use, but we will only take on a staging campaign when we know we will have the right inventory available. By owning all of our furniture, plus an extension range of artwork, styling props and linens, we have full control over the quality and aesthetic of our inventory.

  • A 50% deposit is required on acceptance of your quote to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to installation.

  • Our base package is for six weeks from the date of installation. This allows 1-2 weeks for photography and marketing preparation and a four week sales campaign. Extensions are available based on availability, but we will do our best to ensure this is a possibility.

  • We have full insurance for all of our furniture and props for the entirety of your staging campaign.

  • This is determined on a case by case basis to protect the integrity and standards of our inventory to ensure it will remain in excellent condition for future clients. Furniture and styling props used in a partial home staging campaign are not to be used, otherwise a replacement fee will be incurred.

  • If the furniture will work with our style and is the right piece for the property, then we can. Otherwise, for best results, we request all furniture is removed for maximum impact.

  • As we are experienced stylists, we request that the trust is placed on our knowledge of current trends, the market and potential buyers and allow us to take care of the selection of all furniture and styling. However, if you do have any specific requests, please let your stylist know during the site visit consultation and we can see where we can accommodate.

  • It is never too early to get in touch with us to discuss your staging requirements as we are often booked out four or more weeks ahead. We do require a minimum of two weeks notice to ensure enough time for consultation and quoting, however we do understand that this may not always be possible and will accommodate where possible.
